Warranty Coverage We offer a 2 to 3-year warranty for all watches purchased through our website, depending on the watch model. The specific warranty period for your watch is indicated on your warranty certificate. The warranty is only valid with a properly dated and completed warranty certificate. What’ s Covered During the warranty period, the following components are covered under our warranty:
- Hands
- Hands
- Dial
All repairs are provided free of charge if the watch is proven defective in materials or craftsmanship under normal use conditions. Replacement Policy If your watch is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement with a similar timepiece. The replacement watch comes with a new 24 to 36-month warranty starting from the replacement date, depending on the model. What’s NOT Covered The warranty does not cover:
- Consumable Parts : Battery, case, crystal, strap and buckle or bracelet, stem, or crown
- Improper Use : Damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water Damage : Water damage due to negligence (unless the watch is marked water-resistant)
- Unauthorized Repairs : Repairs performed by third-party shops not authorized by us
- External Events : Loss, theft, accidents (scratches, dents, impacts, crushing, etc. ), natural disasters, and other calamities.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs If your issue is not covered by our warranty or your warranty has expired, repairs may still be possible for a fee determined by our repair team. The fee includes return shipping and handling charges. Filing a Warranty Claim IMPORTANT: You must contact Customer Service before shipping your watch. Step-by-Step Process :
- Contact Customer Service for repair instructions and authorization
- Receive Authorization – Customer Service will confirm if your watch qualifies for warranty coverage
- and provide cost estimates if applicable
- Obtain Repair Ticket Number – You will receive a unique Repair Ticket Number for your claim
- Ship Your Watch – Include the Repair Ticket Number with your shipment
