How much does shipping cost?
FREE DELIVERY is available for all orders within:
• Nepal – All locations
• United Kingdom – All locations
For other international destinations, shipping costs will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Prior to confirming your order, you’ll be able to select delivery options and review the prices for each option based on courier company rates .

When will my order arrive?
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our store begins processing your order within 3-7 business days after it is submitted. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.
Delivery timeframes :
• Nepal: 1 -2 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom : 3 -5 business days after dispatch
• Other International Destinations : Delivery times vary depending on the courier service and destination country. Please note that our expected timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Gurkha Watch’s, and the courier’s, control.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes ! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our store. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s tracking system.

What if my watch gets damaged during delivery?
Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to the carrier within 7 days . Transportation damage must also be reported to Gurkha Watch within 7 days of receiving your order.

From where are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped from our locations based on your delivery address :
• Nepal orders : Shipped from our Kathmandu store
• UK orders : Shipped from our Aidershot, Hampshire location
• Other international orders : Shipped from the nearest available location (Hong Kong or UK)

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
For Nepal and UK customers : No additional taxes or duties apply for standard deliveries .
For other international destinations : Your order may be subj ect to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for duties and taxes is approximately 20% of the merchandise value. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on your country’s customs regulations . Gurkha Watch cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
