We craft each watch description with care, but screens can display colors differently. What you see is close to what you’ll get, though slight variations may occur.
About our prices:
- Displayed in your local currency
- Include applicable taxes
- Subject to change (but never on confirmed orders!)
- Pricing errors? We’ll notify you immediately and let you decide
International friends: You may need to pay customs duties when your watch arrives. These vary by country and aren’t included in our prices.
3. Ordering Your Gurkha Watch

When you place an order, here’s what happens:
- You submit – You choose your perfect timepiece
- We confirm – You got an email saying, “We received it!”
- We prepare – Your watch is carefully packaged
- We ship – You get tracking info and the countdown begins!
Made-to-Order Watches: Some special pieces are crafted just for you. These take a bit longer but are worth the wait! Once production starts, these can’t be cancelled.
Need to cancel? Contact us at info@gurkhawatch.com before shipping. After that, you’ll need to receive the watch and use our hassle-free returns.
Pro tip: Double-check your shipping address! We want your watch to find you on the first try.
4. Payment Made Easy
Safe, Secure, Simple
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal phone pay Ime pay eSewa and bank transfer, and other secure payment methods. Your payment info is encrypted and protected—we take security seriously.
Payment happens when: Your order is confirmed and ready to ship.

5. Shipping Your Watch Worldwide

We ship globally! Delivery times vary by location, and we’ll give you estimated dates at checkout. Tracking included: Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info to watch your watch travel to you . Delivery delays can happen due to:

- Peak shipping seasons
We’ll do everything we can to get your watch to you quickly, but some things are beyond our control.
Package arrives damaged. Contact us within 7 days with photos at info@gurkhawatch.com.
6. Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
Love It or Return It
We want you to absolutely love your Gurkha Watch. If it’s not quite right, you have 14 days to return it.
Return requirements:
Unworn and unused condition
- Original packaging included
- Security tag on strap buckle intact (super important!)
- Proof of purchase
Can’t be returned:
Custom engraved watches
Watches with removed security tags Items showing wear or damage
Returns after 14 days
How to Return

- Get your return authorization
- Pack it securely (use original packaging)
- Ship it back with tracking
Return shipping: You cover the cost unless we make an error or sent a defective item.
Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
