G2G ASSULT KUKURI

Generation to Generation Assault khukuri (G2G) is a unique khukuri which resembles the bravery and loyalty passed from our ancestors it represents the unbeatable legacy. The passing of the legacy in the form of khukuri where the design itself show the passing of the weapon from older generation to the newer generation without loosing its culture and dignity.
G2G Assault khukuri is a multipurpose khukuri. It’s main purposes are:

  • Decoration Purpose
  • Jungle Warfare Purpose

Decoration Purpose

It can be used as a decoration purpose. In a Gurkha Military force there is a culture where Khururi is given as a gift to fellow Gurkha soldiers as a gallantry or as a parting gift for the retirement. As the passing of khukuri from old generation to new generation is carved on the cover (daab) of Khukuri it will be a perfect decorating (or gift) item for every Gurkhali soldiers and also for the common people.

It comes with a beautiful wooden box which contains following things inside it:

• Khukuri (Blade) 11-inch length

• Cover (daab) with Sharpener (Chakmak) and small knife (karda)

• Catalogue

• Khukuri stand

• Cleaning cloth

Jungle Warfare Purpose

It’s another major purpose is using it as a Jungle welfare khukuri which is mainly used for training and combat in military force. It can also be used by every single common person for jungle welfare.
Nepal is an agricultural country where khukuri plays a vital role in daily lives of people. Most of the people have to go to jungle everyday for firewood, and other things for domesticated animals. In Nepali society every household have one khukuri to use for multiple things like cutting woods, chopping meats, getting tree leaves ( Saula used as a rug for domestic animals). The blade is made in such a way that it will handle any rough and tough tasks.

Summary

As being a Gurkha Background company, we would like to pass on this weapon as the legacy from one generation to another generation. Our main purpose of making this khukuri is to keep the culture and dignity of Gurkha Soldiers and to provide every person a durable presentable khukuri which will be in daily use of every household of Nepal.
